How do I use a wash?
Open your package when you are parked at the chosen location. Show the QR or eight-digit code. The team checks your car before confirming.
Can I book a time?
Visit a stationary wash without an appointment and show your QR code. For a mobile wash, open your account and choose an available time using a paid mobile service. Each wash takes 45 minutes, excluding travel. Contact the team for detailing.
What are Happy Hours?
Happy Hours are Monday to Thursday, 11:00–16:00, Cyprus time. In/Out includes interior and exterior cleaning.
How are the plans priced?
Happy Hours, Standart and Pro renew monthly, with separate Sedan and SUV prices. Custom renews every 30 days at the total price of your recurring washes. One-time extras, including washes and detailing, are charged only once. Review the first and recurring payments before subscribing.
Can I use the package on another car?
The purchased package stays with its registered car. Contact support to correct an incorrect registration.
What if my payment is still processing?
Open your account and check the existing order. A return from checkout alone does not confirm payment. Contact support with the order reference if the state remains unclear.
How do refunds work?
Review the terms of your purchased package and open a support case from the order. A support decision and an executed refund are shown separately.
